I became a therapist after working for many years in education as an alternative school teacher, child and adolescent development instructor, foster care specialist, and conflict resolution trainer. What I saw was a need to get to the root of childhood and family challenges and help people make deep and lasting changes in their lives.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Seattle University, a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy.
Additional Information:I have lived in Seattle for more than 25 years—now on Beacon Hill. Some of my favorite activities include playing ping-pong with family, preparing Thai curry for friends and running around Seward Park. I’m also committed to social justice and have been a longtime volunteer for TeamChild.
