FEES:
•  My fee for Psychotherapy is $200 per 50-minute session.
•  Additional services including phone calls of 10 minutes or more, letter writing, and reading or writing evaluations are also billed at my hourly rate.  
•  I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. Please call to discuss this option.
•  Payment is due at the end of each session. I accept cash or personal check.  

INSURANCE:
I am on the following insurance panels. HOWEVER, insurance coverage can vary widely, so it is up to you to contact your insurance company to determine eligibility and get prior approval. If your insurance agrees to pay for your sessions, I will bill them directly and will expect you to bring the proper co-pay to each session.

•  Regence Blue Shield

OUT-OF-NETWORK:
If your insurance plan covers out-of-network providers, I will provide you a receipt for you to submit for reimbursement. Payment must be made at the time of the session.
